The handy geolocation feature on the Sync Home Security System 14 Piece Kit reminds you to set the alarm when you leave home, giving you one less thing to worry about. As this home security systems come with the BLACK All-in-One Indoor/Outdoor Camera, you can keep a watchful eye over your property with live stream, motion alerts and 2-way real-time notifications. With end-to-end encryption, you can feel safe knowing that your system is truly secure. Intelligently connected, the Sync Home Security System 14 Piece Kit works with Philips Hue, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, combining lights and voice to create the ultimate security deterrent.
Tailored to suit your needs, the Sync Smart Home Alarm range lets you to either fully arm or partarm your home alarm system. You can do this via the Smart Living Alarm App, keypad, remote key fob and with leading voice assistants – “Alexa, arm my alarm.”

The Sync Home Security System 14 Piece Kit is wire-free, eliminating the need for cables running through your property like with a traditional wired system*. This means that you have the flexibility to take your home alarm system with you, if ever you move. It is also expandable, so you can design the perfect security solution to suit your home. You can add extra door and window contacts, PIR sensors, smoke alarms, smart plugs, keypads, water leak sensors and if you have a furry friend, you can opt for pet friendly PIR motion detectors. You can add up to 40 accessories and connect them seamlessly to your Sync Home Security System 14 Piece Kit.

How do I install my new Yale Sync Home Security System 14 Piece Kit
Please follow the ‘quick start guide’ included in your alarm kit. All accessories within the alarm kit are pre-linked and wire-free, making installation quick and simple. You will need to download the Smart Living Alarm App to create an account and configure your alarm settings. Alternatively, you can watch our ‘how to install’ tutorial here.
Need a little help with installation? We’ve got you covered. We understand that not everyone has the time to install their new smart alarm system themselves, so enjoy optimum installation with minimal inconvenience with our professional Yale Alarm Installation service.
What happens if my internet goes down?
Your alarm will remain in the same state as it was before the connectivity issues. The communication between your Yale Smart Hub and devices is on a wireless frequency that does not
rely on an internet connection, so the system will continue to operate as normal however, you would need to arm or disarm your system via a physical accessory such as a keypad or a key fob until the internet connection is reconnected. Please note that without an internet connection to your Yale Smart Hub, you will not be able to operate the alarm via the Yale Smart Living Alarm App.
Does the Yale Sync Smart Home Alarm work with any other devices?
Yes. The Sync Home Security System 14 Piece Kit is now Amazon Alexa certified, which means it works seamlessly with Alexa. You can ask Alexa to fully arm your home, part-arm areas or give you a status update of your home security.
You can also integrate Philips Hue lighting with your Yale smart alarm system, giving you the power of both a visual and audible deterrent. In the event of an alarm activation, the Philips Hue lights will flash red, working to startle the intruder as well as alerting neighbouring properties and passers-by of a disturbance.
Can I part arm my Yale Sync Smart Home Alarm?
Yes. You can configure the ‘part-arm’ settings in the Yale Smart Living Alarm App so that specific devices will not set off the alarm when in part-arm mode. You have full control so you can freely change these settings if required at any time, without the need to move your accessories.
How often will I have to change the batteries in my Yale Sync Smart Home Alarm?
The batteries should last for approximately 18 to 24 months. To change the batteries in your accessories, go to the Yale Smart Living Alarm App, select the device that needs new batteries and follow the battery change instructions.

AlarmThe Yale Smart Living Alarm App gives you full control of your Sync Home Security System 14 Piece Kit and connected devices. Check-in from anywhere in the world, receive alerts and real-time notifications in the event that your alarm is triggered. You are also able to control and check the status of your smart alarm system through your Smart Watch.
Please note: To ensure that your Android device supports the required app for this alarm system, please search for the "Yale Alarm" app on the Google Play or the App Store, using the mobile device that you are intending on using the system with.

Seamlessly integrate your Yale Sync Smart Home Alarm and Yale Smart Lock with the Yale Sync Module, creating the perfect pairing between the two systems. You can automatically disarm your alarm when opening the lock (although your alarm cannot be armed by locking).

Alarm installation only covers up to 13 alarm accessories (excluding powered siren & cameras). You must purchase the product prior to installation. Please note, sirens can only be installed up to a height of 3m.
Unfortunately, professional installation is not available in the following postcodes: HS, IM, IV, GY, JE, KW, PA and ZE.
