Yale is pleased to announce that their SensCheck™ range is expanding, now offering smart-compatible hardware for more entry points around the home than ever before!

SensCheck™ now extends coverage of smart compatible products across a wider range of entry points, including composite doors, PVCu doors, side doors, bifold doors, PVCu casement windows, and aluminium windows. 

Easy to install, SensCheck™ Door Sensors sit seamlessly within the keep of your Yale smart doors.

Check-in on the status of your home, all through the touch of a button. SensCheck™ works via the Yale Alarm App, allowing you to:

  • Check if your doors are open, closed, locked or unlocked
  • Arm or part-arm your home
  • Get reminders via geo-fencing alerts
  • Receive tamper alerts
  • Receive chime notifications
  • Works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Philips Hue
  • Add additional Sync Alarm Accessories to make the ultimate home security system

How Do I Connect my SensCheck™ Door Sensor?

To connect your SensCheck™ Door Sensor to your home network, a Yale Sync Hub is required. The Yale Sync Hub works hand in hand with the Yale Alarm App, giving you access to all the features above. The Yale Sync Hub has an integrated 94dB siren, which can be set to sound should your sensors experience an unexpected change in status.

Fully compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, SensCheck™ integrates with voice control technology as well as Philips Hue for light-based security. The system also sends alerts to you, via the app, if doors or windows are tampered with and offers full or partial arming options when used with a Yale Sync Alarm Kit.

Additionally, the range has been BSI Kitemark-accredited for IoT security, providing reassurance that it functions securely and reliably as part of an interconnected home, and is Secured by Design-approved, supporting the UK police initiative to improve home security through robust security solutions.
