The flap has a 147 Degree opening that provides generous access for posting mail and thumb handles for ease of use. Measure the size of the letterplate: Length, height, and then make sure that the width of the door is suited for the product you chose. 2. If you purchased a bigger letterbox than your current one or you have chosen a different model, make sure that you cut the door to fit the required dimensions. 3. Place the letterplate over the cutting and tighten the screws, while aligning the fixings correctly.
