    Wie einfach lässt es sich montieren?

    Das Yale Linus® Smart Lock wurde entwickelt, um eine problemlose Installation zu ermöglichen. Dabei muss die Tür weder gebohrt noch beschädigt werden, und es wird eine Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung mitgeliefert. (weniger als 3 Minuten bei einem kompatiblen Zylinder).

    Was kann ich tun, wenn die Yale Home App sagt, dass das Schloss entriegelt ist, obwohl es eigentlich verriegelt ist?

    Wenn die Yale Home App anzeigt, dassdein Schloss verriegelt ist, obwohl es wirklich entriegelt ist (und umgekehrt), ist es wahrscheinlich, dass es neu kalibriert werden muss. Bitte starte die Neukalibrierung über die Registerkarte Einstellungen in deiner Yale Home App. Du musst dich innerhalb der Bluetooth-Reichweite des Schlosses befinden, um es erneut zu kalibrieren.

    Wie viele Smartschlösser und Geräte kann ich meinem Konto hinzufügen?

    Technisch gesehen gibt es keine Begrenzung für die Anzahl der Smartschlösser in einem Yale Home Account. Wenn du mehrere Smartschlösser hast, kannst du Schlüssel für alle in deiner Yale Home App erstellen. Jedes hinzugefügte Smartschloss erweitert die Liste der Schlüssel in deinem Schlüsselbund und du musst scrollen, um darauf zuzugreifen. Auch die Anzahl der Geräte, die du zu einem Smartschloss hinzufügen kannst, ist nicht begrenzt.

    Wie lange hält die Batterie des Smart Lock?

    Die Lebensdauer der Batterie ist abhängig von der Anzahl der Umdrehungen pro Verriegelung, der Leichtgängigkeit der Türöffnung und der Anzahl der Öffnungen pro Tag. Bei normalem Gebrauch halten die Batterien zwischen 6 und 9 Monaten.

    Woher weiß ich, ob die Batterien in meinem Smart Lock ausgetauscht werden müssen?

    Wenn die Batterien 20 % erreichen, erhältst du eine Benachrichtigung per E-Mail, dass der Batteriestand niedrig ist, und in der App wird ein Symbol für niedrigen Batteriestand angezeigt.

  • How do I install my Yale Solar Panel Charger?

    • In the Yale Home app, go to the settings menu (accessed by pressing the small gear icon) select your Yale Smart Outdoor Camera, scroll down to installation guides and view the in-app videos and images that show you how to install your Yale Solar Power Charger.

  • How do I enable the Yale Smart Outdoor Camera to charge correctly with the Yale Solar Panel Charger?

    • From your Yale Home Application, go to the settings menu for your Yale Smart Outdoor Camera, you will see an option to enable charging with Solar Panel.

  • My battery on the Yale Smart Outdoor Camera is draining quickly when I have the Solar Panel Charger connected, why?

    • If you have not enabled the Solar Panel Charging under settings for your Yale Smart Outdoor Camera,  the camera will act as a 'always-on' camera and that will have a impact on the battery life.

  • How do you change between the 7 different sounds available on the Yale Doorbell Chime?

    • On the Yale Doorbell Chime, press the button that shows a musical note icon, each press will change the selected chime sound.

  • When using hte Yale Solar Panel Charger will I still need to charge the battery in the Yale Smart Camera independantly?

    • The Yale Solar Panel Charger can deliver up to 3W in direct sunlight. This is designed to top up the internal  battery and negate the need to remove the camera to charge indoors. During winter months when sunlight levels are reduced, or if there is more demand than supply,  you may still need to remove your camara to charge the battery.  

  • How long is the cable supplied with the Yale Solar Panel Charger?

    • The cable is 2 meters in length.

  • What is the maximum power of the Yale Solar Panel Charger

    • The Yale Solar Panel Charger can output a maximum of 3 Watts, 5 Volts DC STC (Standard Test Condition) with solar irradiance of 1000W/m2 (=120 000 Lux, corresponding to a bright day with direct sun onto the solar panel).
