• I can’t set my code; I simply get the ‘ERROR’ message on the screen. Why is this?

  • To set the code successfully, press the ‘Tick’ key and ‘3’ simultaneously.
  • It is easiest to first press and hold down the ‘Tick’ button then press ‘3’ with your other hand.
  • The ’SET CODE’ message will appear on the LCD screen, and you can go ahead and set the code in the normal manner.

• How do I set the PIN code?

  • Open the safe with the key, then press ‘Tick’ whilst keeping this pressed, press ‘3’. 
  • Enter your code, then repeat the process again. 
  • A ‘GOOD’ message will appear on screen.
