FAQ's

• Can more than one user login to the same camera?

  Only one device can be logged in to the app at any one time. If you change the device you are viewing on, you will simply need to log in to the app again.

• Can I play-back images/video?

  Yes, in the Yale View app you can playback recordings from the SD card in the “View record history” screen. You can also see captured files on your iPhone in the Local Files in the Me tab.

• Do these cameras have two-way audio?

  Yes they do, you can listen or talk-back with the built-in microphone and speaker.

• Can I access the camera on a PC/MAC web link?

  This function is not available.

• Can I talk to people through the camera?

  Yes, in the Yale View app you can use the Microphone button to turn two-way audio on.

• Can I add extra users/accounts to this camera?

  No, the Yale View app only allows one user account to be connected to each camera.
