How do I set the camera up first time?
- Plug the camera using the charger provided. Download Yale View App, register yourself as a new user.
- Press the + button.
- Scan the QR code on the back of the camera
- Set the Wifi credential to connect to your own wifi network (make sure you have 2.4 Ghz network).
- Set security password for the camera (default admin).
- Register your camera to the cloud.
Does the camera work with 5Ghz WIFI network?
No, the camera only supports 2.4GHz.
Do I need to be connected to Wi-Fi?
