• How to Install a Yale Smart Module

  Follow the steps below to install the Yale Access Module in a compatible Yale Smart Lock:

  1. Remove the battery cover and the batteries
  2. Insert the Smart Module above the battery compartment
  3. Reinstall the batteries and replace the battery cover

  This completes the smart module installation. Now that your module is in place, set up the lock in the Yale Home app.

  PLEASE NOTE: The batteries must be removed prior to removing and/or inserting the smart module.

• How do I re-learn my tags back to my lock?

  Once your new Yale Access Module is st-up, you will need to re-learn any cards, tags or mobile stickers you have, back to the lock. To understand the process, click here.
