Ensure that the firmware of your Linus L2 and The Yale Home app are up to date.2) Update Matter Hub
Check if an software update is available for your Apple HomePod or your Apple TV . The current software version contributes to improving stability.3) Restart Linus L2
Restart your Linus L2 by removing the batteries or the Power Pack for a short time and then reinserting them into the device.4) Restart Matter Hub
Restart your Apple TV or HomePod.
The steps listed here will assist you in integrating your Linus L2 into your Smart Home and establishing a stable connection when one of the following errors occurs:- You have successfully connected your Linus L2 to your HomePod or Apple TV. However, through Apple Home, your Linus L2 is displayed with the message "No response."
- You receive an error message when you try to connect Linus L2 and Matter Hub. The connection cannot be established.
How to Troubleshoot Matter on Linus L2
If the device fails to set up Matter in any of the apps:
- Reboot the device by removing and inserting the battery of the Linus L2
- Check to see if reboot resolves the failure if not proceed to step 3
- Navigate to Matter settings in Yale Home
- Disconnect Matter
- Navigate to Matter settings in Yale Home
- Enable Matter
