Within 72 hours of purchase, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time and date for installation. In the unlikely event you are not contacted, or have any issues with installation, please call us on 01824 731141 and our team will be happy to help.
Installation for these products is only available in England, Wales and Scotland (Mainland).
Unfortunately, professional installation is not available in the following postcodes:
- HS - Western Isles
- IM - Isle of Man
- IV - Inverness
- JE - Jersey
- KW - Kirkwall
- ZE - Lerwick
- GY- Guernsey

What can you expect from your installation?
- Optimum installation with minimal inconvenience, without the need to interrupt mains power.
- On completion of your installation, the installer will fully test and offer a full demonstration on how to use your new Yale security product.
- Installation address must be in England, Wales or Scotland (Mainland)
Cancellation Policy
- Should you wish to cancel or amend your installation appointment, a charge of £50 will apply if you do not give OrderWork more than 24 hours notice.
